- Contact-free HF ignition increases arc stability and optimises material transition. The automatic final phase reduction ensures a perfect weld end due to the clean end-crater filling. Additionally the automatic dbDown function in the AC/DC version makes AC welding much quieter and reduces noise pollution by up to 40%. There is even more though!
Stable arc – at DC and AC.
- The V-Series is available as a DC and AC/DC version on any performance output level. The V-Series stands out particularly with its highly stable arc. The arc shape is optimised for excellent cleaning effect of the aluminium oxide layer and for reduced noise alike when welding with AC. The AC/DC version has an automatic cap shaping function as well. Its square-wave current gives the V series additional boost and greatest arc stability when welding aluminium.

The high-end technology inside the V-series is protected by a robust industrial metal housing that is ideal for outdoor use. The fully resilient handles allow suspension of the power source from the crane and hold the welding cables. The double gas cylinder safety device maximises safety within the production environment.
Pulsing and fast pulsing at up to 20 kHz.
- The integrated pulse and fast pulse function at up to 20 kHz is particularly suitable for welding thin sheets. It also permits outstanding weld pool control for perfect results even with difficult welding tasks.
Energy efficiency at full power.
- The integrated stand-by function ensures turns individual components on and off automatically. The Thermocontrol sensors monitor system temperature and adjust the fan as required to reduce fan noise, dust load inside the machine, and power consumption.
Mobile-Car and water circulation cooler for better ergonomics.
- Mobile-Car permits work with the V-mobile devices at your ideal working height. Rest assured that your gas cylinder will be stowed away safely at all times. As the torch will be cooled correctly at all times thanks to combination with the water circulation cooling unit (Lorch WUK), V-mobile devices no longer differ from classic systems in any respect. Quite to the contrary, they offer even greater mobility.
The job tool stores up to 100 welding tasks.
- The Tiptronic job memory function can directly store the optimised parameter settings for each welding task and recall them at need. This provides clear added value when welding workpieces with different weld seams, while making recurring welding tasks easy and saving time.
